Product Spotlight

  • Kravet Inc. - 170/200 Upholstery

    The fabric for the sofa and lounge chair from Kravet is made with 60% recycled polyester. Kravet prioritizes waste reduction by offering a take-back program for fabric scraps, samples and unused material from the furniture workrooms. Packaging has been reduced as well by utilizing custom sizing to eliminate void space.

  • Moore & Giles - 180/200 Pure Aniline

    Leather featured throughout the lobby is made by Moore & Giles using reclaimed hides free of chemicals of concern and certified to support healthy interiors.

    Shipped in plastic-free packaging, using 54% recycled paper, Moore & Giles leather products reduced waste and carbon.

  • Shaw Hospitality - 180/200 Classicbac

    Inset carpet found in the King rooms from Shaw Contract:

    • is made from 11.3% pre-consumer recycled content
    • reduces exposure to toxins
    • supports healthier indoor air quality
    • and reduces distribution related carbon emissions by using less packaging

  • Amtrend - 160/200 Upholstery - Wood - Metal

    Bar stools produced by Amtrend are made of 42% sustainably harvested wood and 15% post-consumer recycled material. Made locally in California and shipped using 50% less packaging materials made a big contribution to lowering this project's carbon footprint.

  • Neil Allen - 180/200 Powdercoat Steel/Quarts

    The coffee tables with quartz tops found throughout the lobby, are made by Neil Allen and made a big contribution to reducing carbon emissions:

    100% of the energy used to manufacture the tables is solar-powered, delivering a 33% reduction in carbon emissions.

    By shipping 2 tables together, packaging has been cut in half, reducing waste and carbon emissions.

  • Samuelson Furnishings - 150/200 Wood Veneer Metal, Glass & Painted Finishes Casegoods

    Guest rooms feature console desk/dressers, nightstands and headboards from Samuelson. By measuring their energy use and carbon emissions in manufacturing, Samuelson has taken critical first steps to reducing their carbon footprint.

  • Valley Forge Fabrics - 170/200 Upholstery

    Fabrics from Valley Forge Fabrics cover the guest room sectionals and ottoman. Their use of recycled bio oil in manufacturing and reduced packaging helped lower this project’s carbon emissions.
